By using Payable, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users of the Payable platform, including WhatsApp and web.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Payable. By registering, you confirm you are legally able to enter a binding agreement in your country.
You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration. Your 6-digit PIN is your sole responsibility — never share it with anyone, including Payable staff.
All users must complete identity verification before sending money. We use Flutterwave to verify BVN (Nigeria) and government-issued IDs for other countries.
Payable is for legitimate personal and business money transfers only. You must not use Payable for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
All fees are displayed before you confirm a transfer. Fees include a service charge and applicable VAT on the service charge. We do not charge hidden fees.
Transfer limits depend on your KYC tier. Unverified: $0/day. Basic (phone verified): $200/day. Fully verified: $5,000/day.
Failed transfers are automatically reversed to your wallet. For disputes, email help@payablehq.xyz within 7 days of the transaction. See our Refund Policy for details.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are involved in fraudulent activity, or fail KYC requirements.
Payable is not liable for losses due to incorrect recipient details provided by the sender, third-party bank delays, or network failures outside our control.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of Payable after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via WhatsApp.
