If a transfer fails, the full amount (including fees) is automatically returned to your Payable wallet within 24 hours. No action required.
Transfers can only be cancelled while in "Pending" status. Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible. Contact help@payablehq.xyz immediately.
Payable is not liable for transfers sent to incorrect details provided by the sender. Always verify recipient details before confirming. We will attempt to recover funds but cannot guarantee it.
Automatic reversals: within 24 hours. Manual refund requests: 3–7 business days after approval. Refunds go to your Payable wallet, not the original payment method.
To raise a dispute, email help@payablehq.xyz with your transaction reference within 7 days. Include: your name, reference number, and reason for dispute.
Service fees are non-refundable for completed transactions. For failed transactions, fees are refunded in full.
